Kevin Greene

Co-owner & Principal Strategist, Faces International

Kevin Greene is a compassionate community advocate and dynamic entrepreneur. Originally from Jamaica, Greene's formative years spanned across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and now the Lehigh Valley, PA, profoundly shaping the person he is today. As the Co-owner and Principal Strategist of Faces International, Greene has not only achieved business success, but has significantly impacted his community.

Greene’s dedication extends beyond the corporate realm to influential roles on boards and committees, including the NCC Foundation, Valley Youth House, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, and the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. For over a decade, he actively supported families and youth, demonstrating his commitment to the community that he considers home.

Greene's leadership in strategic efforts nationwide has given him deep insight into the complex social structures society navigates. Aa a father and husband, he embraces the ongoing journey of learning and personal development. Looking ahead, Greene is passionate about continuing to drive change in the business world and creating equitable opportunities for future generations who face significant barriers.

Don Seiple

President, St. Luke’s Hospital - Monroe Campus

Don Seiple, Northampton Community College (NCC) alum, has been the President of St. Luke’s Hospital - Monroe Campus since the hospital opened its doors in 2016. He has been with St. Luke’s University Health Network for over 21 years serving in various roles and has over 35 years of healthcare experience.

Seiple oversees all aspects of operations at the hospital including clinical quality, financial performance and regional strategy. In addition to his hospital operations role, he is the administrative lead for all capital construction and planning throughout the St. Luke’s University Health Network.

Seiple has an associate of specialized technology degree in electronics from Lincoln Technical Institute, an associate of arts in business administration from NCC, and a bachelor of science degree in business administration and healthcare management from Liberty University.
