Tuition & Fees
Students enrolled at Northampton Community College are responsible for paying tuition as well as several fees related to attending classes (online and on campus). While the college funds the vast majority of expenses from its annual operating budget, student fees defray costs in several key areas allowing NCC to invest in and provide a range of valuable, state-of-the-industry services and resources to help students succeed.

- *Northampton County PA includes residents in the following sponsoring school districts only: Bangor, Bethlehem, Easton, Nazareth, Northampton, Pen Argyl, Saucon Valley, and Wilson.
- Tuition and fees for full-time students taking between 12 to 18 credit hours is charged a flat rate.
- Students registered for less than 12 credit hours are charged a per-credit hour rate.
- Additional credit hours over 18 are charged a per-credit hour rate.
High School Student enrolled in the Dual Enrollment Program pay the below tuition rates:

- Other PA County Residents - $110 per credit
- Monroe County Residents - $95 Per credit
- Out of State/Country Residents - $125 per credit
Effective Fall 2024 through Summer 2 2025
Online courses that begin with the course code EARL or LIBT are discounted through a tuition discount to $216 per credit hour for Tuition and Fees for students residing outside of the sponsoring school districts. Full-time students are subject to full-time flat tuition and fees according to their residency rate, less the applicable per credit tuition discount for EARL and LIBT online courses. Additional academic course fees may apply.
