CULA courses and COLS101 apply toward the Specialized Diploma in Culinary Arts.
All culinary courses must be completed in the sequence outlined on the program map.
Students must pass each CULA course before progressing in the program.
The Culinary Arts Program requires summer enrollment.

Recommended General Education Elective (SSHB):
One General Education Elective must be taken in a Writing Intensive (WI) section.
Completion of MDLA course satisfies the Diversity and Global Awareness (D) requirement.
