Help Desk and IT Support Specialist, SD

The 1-year IT Fundamentals program will provide students expertise in PC support, data communication, networking hardware, operating systems, server administration, Linux administration as well as implementing security controls and troubleshooting issues. Students will enhance their communication, teamwork, and other soft skills to prepare for their career through a variety of hands-on lab experience on real, in classroom lab equipment including time working with an in-class ticketing and inventory management system, cisco routers and switches, and physical server hardware.

Upon completion of the program students will be prepared to take the CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, Security+ and Microsoft AZ-800 certification exams
