Spend a day at the Children's Center
We offer opportunities for Administrators, Directors and teachers to immerse themselves in our facility and practices. Northampton Community College's Early Childhood Department, in conjunction with a grant from the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council has developed a plan to increase the number of child care centers offering care to children with disabilities. This project, Building Inclusive Child Care, makes it possible for us to make our site available to other professionals to learn more.
During your day at the center, you will have a chance to see real classrooms with real teachers implementing early care and education that supports the inclusion of young children with special needs.
