Are you fascinated by the human body and passionate about healthcare? Consider a career in diagnostic medical sonography, where advanced technology meets compassionate patient care. Sonographers trained in abdominal and vascular scanning use sound waves to capture real-time images of blood vessels and organs, helping physicians detect diseases and guide treatment.

NCC’s sonography programs combine lectures with hands-on training using state-of-the-art equipment, both in the classroom and clinical settings, guided by experienced professionals.

The 24-month Abdominal/Vascular track spans six continuous semesters and includes clinical rotations in hospitals, outpatient centers, and vascular departments, totaling over 1,500 clinical hours. Graduates are eligible to sit for the Abdomen certification exam.

NCC's Abdomen-Extended concentration is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) upon the recommendation of the Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (JRC-DMS).
