Our Workshops
Open to all organizations, CBI's series of professional and management development programs are designed to strengthen employee skills and increase performance, productivity and motivation. These dynamic, high-value and interactive sessions provide a consistent level of quality training, while small group settings encourage open dialogue and enhance the learning experience. In addition, each participant will develop an action plan to apply newly acquired knowledge and techniques within their organization.
Programs are scheduled regularly at our campus locations and may offer continuing education credits (CEUs). We can also provide these, and our custom programs, at your facility on demand. CBI Certificates
CBI’s certificate programs were developed in response to client’s requests to quickly and efficiently develop skills of the workforce. Since it’s generally impractical or impossible to relieve employees’ of their duties for long periods of time to pursue essential knowledge, skills, and techniques, these programs are ideal for organizations who want to invest in their employees’ growth and success without compromising productivity. CBI’s certificate programs interactively explores current best practices while providing practical experience that’s immediately applicable to the workplace.
Strong leadership requires hard work around understanding yourself, your organization, the world around you, and those you lead and serve. A comprehensive approach in response to the multi-faceted role of a leader is necessary to fully address the challenges associated with leading others. CBI’s Leadership Certificate Program is designed to help enhance leadership skills in our ever-changing world through a series of interactive and reflective workshops. This program will be offered multiple times per year.

The Management Certificate Program is designed for individuals seeking to improve their professionalism and supervisory or managerial skills. The content focuses on the most current and research-based best practices. The methods are experiential, individualized and participatory. Participants pursuing this certificate may have various backgrounds including, but not limited to, business and industry, government and non-profit. The Management Certificate Program is offered 3 times during the year. One set of classes will start in January, the next in May and the last in September. Participants are encourage to start at the beginning of the program, but can enroll after the program as begun.
