What You’ll Learn in This Program
Investigate and apply fundamental concepts of biology, chemistry, ecology, geography and geology to understand how living and nonliving things interact and form systems. Practice discipline-specific oral and written communication skills, scientific inquiries and the use of scientific instrumentation. The environmental science major is highly experiential, including laboratory and field work, hands-on research and robust training in environmental safety in delicate ecological settings.
