Credit courses are designed to provide flexibility in your ability to access course content, submit assignments, and interact with your instructor and fellow students.
However, this program is NOT SELF-PACED. Deadlines for assignments and online discussions are provided by your instructor. In order for you to successfully complete each portion of the program, you will need to submit all assignments by the designated due dates, and participate in online discussions.
Blackboard is an e-Education platform designed to connect students to their online classes.
Check out our Student Technology Prep Session (self-paced tutorial) for instructions to access Workday, NCC email, Blackboard, Office 365, and more.
Unfortunately, we do no give credit for life experience, but have a process for challenging a course. This means that the student believes she/he knows the theory and application strategies related to the course. They will complete the assessment portfolio with no help. The cost is half that for taking the course. Bright Horizons will not cover this cost. Typically it takes as long to complete the portfolio by oneself as to take the course. We highly recommend speaking with an EdAssist Advisor to discuss.
