Applying for VA Education Benefits
The Adult & Military-Affiliated Student Services Office (AMASS) aids active-duty service members, veterans, reservists, guardsmen, and family members with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) education benefits and services they have earned. Apply for a COE.
- Each semester students will need to complete and submit the Veteran’s Benefits Request Form through Workday.
- Submission of VA Benefits Docs-PDFs: Please label each document as Last Name, First Name, Document Type
- Submit copies of your VA Certificate of Eligibility (COE), DD-214, or Notice of Basic Eligibility (NOBE).
- If you do not receive the Request Form through Workday, please email veterans@northampton.edu.

Guard members should contact their readiness NCO for specific application requirements regarding Federal Tuition Assistance (FTA) and the Education Assistance Program (EAP).
