Karen Beck Pooley represents the Bethlehem Area School District and has served as a trustee since 2018. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of City and Regional Planning. She is Professor of Practice in the Department of Political Science and the Director of Environmental Policy Program at Lehigh University.
